Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Wellness Consultant to be a key player in our retail environment. You will be an integral part of a dedicated team focused on ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering an exceptional shopping experience. Your role will involve welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and directing them to products that align with their health aspirations.

Qualifications:
  • Educational background in nutrition as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist or equivalent certification.
  • Certification as RHN, IHN, or in a health-related field.
  • 1 - 5 years of experience in a health food retail setting.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong computer literacy.

Key Responsibilities:
As a wellness consultant, your primary focus will be on customer health, assisting them in selecting products that enhance their wellness journey. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending products that contribute to their overall health and wellness.
  • Managing phone inquiries.
  • Receiving and organizing product deliveries.
  • Utilizing the POS system for customer transactions.
