Position Overview

The role oversees the regional Information and Communication Technology (ICT) frameworks for the Government of Northwest Territories Health and Social Services Authority (NTHSSA). This is executed in alignment with the Department of Health and Social Services and prevailing industry standards, ensuring the dependability of ICT systems to fulfill the operational needs of staff and the functional requirements of the NTHSSA.


Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the ICT systems to ensure they meet the operational demands of the organization.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and social service standards.
  • Supervising a team to maintain high levels of service delivery.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Certificate in Management Information Systems or Network Administration.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in Information Technology or Information Systems within a large organization, preferably in a healthcare context.
  • At least one (1) year of supervisory experience.

This position plays a critical role in supporting the health and social service system through effective management of ICT resources.
