Job Title: Senior Technology Analyst

About the Role

The Department of Health and Social Services is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst to support the health and wellbeing of people across the NWT. As a key member of the team, you will work collaboratively with informatics professionals, care delivery professionals, and management to ensure that required data is collected appropriately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data management solutions to meet the needs of Health and Social Services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements and develop data collection strategies
  • Ensure compliance with federal data capturing and reporting requirements
  • Represent the interests of HSS during Federal/Provincial/Territorial meetings
Requirements
  • Relevant post-secondary degree in Information Management, Health Informatics, or Health Information Science
  • Three years of experience in the information management field
