Job Summary

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Call Center Operator to join our team at Compass One Healthcare. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and customers, while also supporting the work order management process for staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide general assistance via phone and email
  • Enter and submit information related to facilities maintenance and space planning requests
  • Process service transactions and identify opportunities for proactive interactions
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and listening skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Experience working in a call center environment is an asset
