Landscape Worker Job Description

Join our team at GREEN CITY LANDSCAPING & YARD CARE LTD as a skilled Landscape Worker. As a key member of our outdoor workforce, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Cut grass, rake, and collect refuse to keep our clients' lawns looking their best.
  • Remove litter and garbage, and cart and spread topsoil and other materials as needed.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, ensuring our team is equipped to handle any task.
Work Environment:

As a Landscape Worker, you will spend most of your time outdoors, working in various locations, including private residences and landscape maintenance sites. You will be exposed to wet/damp conditions, odours, dust, and hot temperatures.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and handle heavy loads.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude.
