Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operational Officer to join our team at Pho Hoa Restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office services, including administration, budgeting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain effective administrative procedures to ensure efficient office operations
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial management
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with government regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, 30 hours per week position. Public transportation is available. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and may be required to travel occasionally.
