Job Title: Rehab Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Rehab Worker to join our team at Coast Mental Health. As a key member of our rehabilitation services, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental illness and addiction to achieve their recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver trauma-informed care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to promote recovery and independence
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support services
  • Provide education and training to clients on life skills, mental health, and addiction recovery
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop strategies for support

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Community Social Service or related field
  • 2 years of recent experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to obtain required certifications and clearances
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
