Job Title: Field Sales Executive

The Field Sales Executive is a key role within the ESTÉE LAUDER Companies, responsible for driving sales and building relationships with retail store teams. This position requires a strong understanding of the retail market and current beauty trends, as well as the ability to coach and develop staff to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store teams, including district merchants, cosmetics department managers, and store management.
  • Provide coaching and training to staff to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Partner with retailers to develop and execute in-store events and promotions.
  • Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Recruit, interview, and manage staff to ensure the right talent is in place to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
  • 4-year college degree preferred.
  • 3 years' experience leading/managing retail/POS stores/counters/regions in luxury business preferably Beauty industry.
  • Solid understanding of sales, product knowledge, events, operations, retail culture, and cosmetic industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment with multi-unit management skills.
  • Availability to work key business hours including weekends.
  • Must have a valid driver's license to operate ELC Fleet vehicle.

The ESTÉE LAUDER Companies offers a competitive salary range of $69,600 to $104,400, as well as a bonus program and a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others.
