Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and enhance implementation strategies with clear milestones to drive platform adoption among enterprise partners.
  2. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clarity of responsibilities across various teams.
  3. Create project plans and establish success metrics to promote understanding and efficiency.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise stakeholders through effective communication and engagement.
  5. Identify and address opportunities for account growth through implementation and beyond, showcasing relevant product innovations.
  6. Work closely with the account management team to ensure smooth transitions between implementation and ongoing support.
  7. Partner with senior team members to create and refine playbooks that consistently deliver value.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert for enterprise clients, collaborating with product, customer success, support, sales, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

  1. 2-5 years of experience in project management or operations, preferably within a software environment.
  2. Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with clients and understand their unique needs.
  3. Proven ability to create and enhance programs that drive business success.
  4. Experience in the software industry, particularly with enterprise-level programs.
  5. Strong organizational skills to ensure deadlines are met and instructions are clear.
  6. Ability to serve as a consultant and guide, rather than merely taking orders.
  7. Solid understanding of products and technology, with a quick learning ability.
  8. Ability to execute initiatives independently and accurately.
  9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  10. High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
  11. Capability to deeply understand our products and the value they provide to clients.
  12. A strong work ethic and a goal-oriented mindset to navigate complex challenges.
  13. Technical proficiency and the ability to comprehend multiple systems.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000 USD / $60,000-$80,000 CAD, based on various factors including experience and market conditions. This range may be adjusted in the future based on business needs.
