Role Overview
The Enterprise Client Success Consultant is a full-time, remote position at Snappy Kraken. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team, making a significant impact by supporting the success of a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance implementation strategies with clear milestones to drive platform adoption among enterprise partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clarity of responsibilities across various teams.
- Create project plans and establish success metrics to promote understanding and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise stakeholders through effective communication and engagement.
- Identify and address opportunities for account growth through implementation and beyond, showcasing relevant product innovations.
- Work closely with the account management team to ensure smooth transitions between implementation and ongoing support.
- Partner with senior team members to create and refine playbooks that consistently deliver value.
- Act as a subject matter expert for enterprise clients, collaborating with product, customer success, support, sales, and marketing teams.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in project management or operations, preferably within a software environment.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with clients and understand their unique needs.
- Proven ability to create and enhance programs that drive business success.
- Experience in the software industry, particularly with enterprise-level programs.
- Strong organizational skills to ensure deadlines are met and instructions are clear.
- Ability to serve as a consultant and guide, rather than merely taking orders.
- Solid understanding of products and technology, with a quick learning ability.
- Ability to execute initiatives independently and accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to deeply understand our products and the value they provide to clients.
- A strong work ethic and a goal-oriented mindset to navigate complex challenges.
- Technical proficiency and the ability to comprehend multiple systems.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000 USD / $60,000-$80,000 CAD, based on various factors including experience and market conditions. This range may be adjusted in the future based on business needs.
