Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Agile

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Osedea Inc. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our clients' business needs and the technical solutions provided by our development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Turn business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, including comprehensive documentation such as business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), use cases, user stories, process flows, and wireframes.
  • Manage and prioritize requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project goals, scope, and timelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis and software development.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in a software development context.
  • A Master's degree, Bachelor's degree, college degree, or certification in a relevant field.
  • Bilingual (French and English).
