Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Cashier to join our team at Breton Family Foods. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient cash handling, supervising sales floor activities, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Handling: Accurately process customer transactions, manage cash and credit transactions, and maintain a secure and organized cash handling area.
  • Sales Floor Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and a well-organized sales floor.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
Work Environment

Our retail store is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. As a Head Cashier, you will be required to work in a team environment, communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, and maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy.
