Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our team at The Royal Taste of India Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Buffet and Banquet Organization: Organize buffets and banquets to ensure that they are executed to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Operations Management: Manage kitchen operations to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent cooking skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.

  • Work Environment: Fast-paced kitchen environment with frequent exposure to heat, noise, and physical demands.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and repetitive tasks.
