Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Maple Route Logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, and train workers in duties and policies.
  • Conduct performance reviews, and arrange training for staff.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient inventory control, using software such as Inventory Control Software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
