This position will focus on spearheading health, safety, environmental, and quality initiatives across our infrastructure projects, guaranteeing adherence to regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain HSEQ standards, acting as a reliable partner and authority for project management.
  • Facilitate safety training programs and perform site inspections to recognize and mitigate risks.
  • Create and revise project-specific HSEQ plans and carry out investigations into incidents.
  • Monitor and evaluate HSEQ metrics to foster continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in infrastructure or maintenance sectors.
  • Background in construction or general industry HSEQ leadership.
  • Associate degree or equivalent qualifications in safety-related fields.
  • Possession of a professional HSEQ certification or actively pursuing one.

Work Environment:

  • Physical capability to navigate challenging terrains and lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work in diverse settings and comply with PPE requirements.
  • Willingness to be available for on-call duties.
