HSEQ Coordinator

This position will focus on spearheading health, safety, environmental, and quality initiatives across our infrastructure projects, guaranteeing adherence to regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain HSEQ standards, acting as a reliable partner and authority for project management.
- Facilitate safety training programs and perform site assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
- Create and revise project-specific HSEQ plans and carry out investigations into incidents.
- Monitor and evaluate HSEQ data to promote continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in infrastructure or maintenance sectors.
- Background in construction or general industry HSEQ leadership.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in safety-related disciplines.
- Possession of a professional HSEQ certification or actively pursuing one.
Work Environment:
- Physical capability to navigate rugged terrain and lift up to 35 pounds.
- Flexibility to work in diverse environments and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Willingness to be available for on-call duties.
