Job Title: Room Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Pan Pacific Whistler. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms, hallways, and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensure all rooms, hallways, and public areas are clean and well-maintained, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing floors, as well as cleaning and disinfecting kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Guest Services: Provide excellent customer service to our guests, including responding to their requests for extra supplies or other items, and providing basic information on hotel facilities.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items to the front desk.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: 32 hours per week.
