Maintenance Coordination Specialist

Brandt is actively seeking a Maintenance Coordination Specialist. This role is pivotal in delivering Preventive Maintenance estimates to our Sales & Customer Support teams, while also ensuring the smooth, precise, and prompt execution of Brandt's contractual Preventive Maintenance services.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and establish Preventive Maintenance Agreements within our contract management system.
  2. Administer Preventive Maintenance Agreements effectively.
  3. Monitor and maintain information related to Preventive Maintenance Agreements.
  4. Review, finalize, and bill completed service tasks.
  5. Facilitate necessary services with clients and Preventive Maintenance Technicians.
  6. Update and manage our pricing calculator tool.
  7. Address incoming Preventive Maintenance inquiries from both internal and external clients.
  8. Oversee Prepaid agreements.
  9. Utilize monitoring tools to track customer machinery associated with Preventive Maintenance contracts.
  10. Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Familiarity with the maintenance of construction machinery.
  • Experience in service delivery operations and procedures.
  • Prior experience in a Service Writer role is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills; punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of contract management and related processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work autonomously and make sound, logical decisions.
