Maintenance Scheduling Specialist

Brandt is currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Preventive Maintenance Coordinator in our Grande Prairie location. This position is responsible for providing Preventive Maintenance quotes to our Sales & Customer Support Advisors as well as, the day-to-day task of supporting efficient, accurate and timely fulfillment of Brandt's contractual Preventive Maintenance business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quote and set up Preventive Maintenance Agreements in our contracts' management system
  • Administer Preventive Maintenance Agreements, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Track and maintain Preventive Maintenance Agreement information, including customer details and equipment maintenance records
  • Review, close, and invoice completed jobs, ensuring seamless customer experience
  • Coordinate necessary service with customers and Preventive Maintenance Technicians, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of maintenance requests
  • Update and maintain our pricing calculator tool, ensuring accuracy and relevance
  • Handle incoming Preventive Maintenance call requests from our internal and external customers, providing exceptional customer service
  • Manage Prepaid agreements, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Utilize John Deere Link to monitor and track customer's machines with Preventive Maintenance contracts, providing valuable insights and data
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, contributing to the success of the team
Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience and understanding of maintenance of construction equipment, including knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques
  • Experience in service delivery activities and processes, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Previous experience as a Service Writer is preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume workload environment, with a focus on efficiency and productivity
  • Knowledge of contracts and associated processes' management, including contract administration and negotiation
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office software tools, including Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and other relevant applications
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and make informed, logical decisions, with a focus on problem-solving and critical thinking
