We are currently in search of a driven individual to take on the role of Fleet Operations Manager. This position is ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic environment, possess strong multitasking abilities, and maintain high standards in their work.

Qualifications:
  1. Education Required: Bachelor's Degree;
  2. Years of Experience Required: 2-5 years of relevant office experience or equivalent training;
  3. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is mandatory;
  4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
  5. Team-oriented with the ability to work independently;
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
  7. Familiarity with AS400 and/or TMW is advantageous;
  8. Experience in the transportation sector is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients;
  2. Coordinate, confirm, and dispatch all transportation loads;
  3. Oversee fleet productivity, ensuring optimal miles and revenue generation for each Owner/Operator and Driver while adhering to strict Hours of Service regulations;
  4. Effectively manage the maintenance program;
  5. Ensure accurate and timely entry of all relevant system information to support payroll and billing processes;
  6. Professionally address and resolve any issues raised by Owner/Operators and Drivers;
  7. Manage the availability of Owner/Operators, Drivers, and equipment to maximize utilization, create cost efficiencies, and exceed client expectations;
  8. Promote and support all safety initiatives in the execution of responsibilities.
