Job Title: Transport Truck Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Transport Truck Mechanic to join our team at Manpower Services Canada Limit. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet of commercial transport trucks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service
  • Estimate parts and labor cost to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed
  • Coach and instruct apprentices
  • Provide customer service
Requirements:
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Criminal record check
