As a Fleet Analyst at Irving Oil, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Fleet Maintenance team by analyzing and interpreting data related to the company's fleet operations. Your primary objective will be to provide actionable insights to the team to optimize fleet performance, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze fleet data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain reports on fleet operations, expenses, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with the Fleet Maintenance team to ensure vehicle health and safety
  • Assist in developing strategies for fleet replacement and growth
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and fleet policies
  • Perform cost analysis and suggest cost-saving initiatives
Requirements:
  • High School diploma required
  • Post-secondary certificate or diploma preferred in business or data analytics
  • 2+ years of experience in an analytics-related role
  • Transportation industry experience is an asset
