About the Role:

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at 09 Irving Oil Limited, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with our residential and commercial customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales leads that develop into new customers, fostering long-term relationships and driving business growth.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Ensure accuracy when logging, resolving, and escalating customer requests, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Handle customer concerns and provide suitable alternatives or solutions within established timeframes, following up to ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues or requests, promoting a seamless customer experience.
  • Take ownership of the customer experience, maintaining a high level of professionalism and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform other duties as required to maintain and enhance customer relations and departmental productivity.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with post-secondary education preferred.
  • 1-3 years of contact center experience, with a strong background in customer service.
