Job Summary:The Warehouse Keeper Helper will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our warehouse, including receiving and processing inventory, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, processing, and storing inventory, including checking for damage or discrepancies.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including sweeping, dusting, and disposing of trash.
- Equipment Operation: Operate various equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, to move inventory and supplies.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and resolving issues related to inventory and shipping.
- Shipping and Receiving: Assist in shipping and receiving inventory, including preparing packages and tracking shipments.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Work Setting: Warehouse.
- Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling.
- Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
