Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at Snowman. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely operating a variety of vehicles to transport goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain Vehicles: Drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, and perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle condition and safety.
  • Load and Unload Goods: Load and unload goods from vehicles, and ensure that all cargo is properly secured and protected during transport.
  • Communicate with Dispatch: Receive and relay information to central dispatch, and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain Certifications and Licenses: Hold a valid AZ class license, DZ class license, and Commercial Vehicle Operator's Registration (CVOR) Certificate, and ensure that all certifications and licenses are up to date.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certifications and Licenses: AZ class license, DZ class license, and Commercial Vehicle Operator's Registration (CVOR) Certificate.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding work, requiring the ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a variety of weather conditions.
