Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Ricky's All Day Grill is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Supervise Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food to ensure that it meets our high standards.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and budgeting decisions.
  • Tray Assembly and Delivery: Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.
