Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at WESTCORP PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INC. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, using Aloha Point of Sale (POS) system
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a restaurant or bar setting
  • ProServe program certification and/or Food and Beverage Server Training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
