  • Building strong relationships with C-Suite executives, strategy, marketing, and operations leaders to establish a premier working partnership.
  • Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and acting as a liaison between our merchant partners and DoorDash leadership, marketing, product, operations, and other functional teams.
  • Utilizing playbooks, tools, and internal resources to guarantee that merchants enjoy a high-quality experience on DoorDash, addressing any obstacles and striving for operational excellence.

We Value You Because...

  • You possess a strong problem-solving mindset, with a proactive approach to action.
  • You are enthusiastic about leveraging analytics to derive insights regarding challenges and opportunities.
  • You appreciate both detailed execution and strategic thinking.
  • You are organized and attentive to detail.
  • You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
  • You can transform broad challenges or opportunities into actionable projects with clear milestones and objectives, often with minimal guidance.
  • You are motivated by challenges and persist where others may falter.
  • You maintain high standards for your contributions and those of your colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or consulting.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven history of driving revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional teams to create innovative and effective solutions (e.g., in a sales capacity collaborating with product, marketing, and operations).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver actionable insights from complex datasets (advanced spreadsheet proficiency required).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in marketplaces, operations, or logistics.
  • Familiarity with SQL.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Bilingual capabilities (proficiency in English and French).
