Meat Cutter Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Tiptop Foods Kitchen & Meat. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of meat products.
Key Responsibilities- Cutting and Preparation: Clean and prepare meats for processing, cutting carcasses, sides, and quarters, and cutting, trimming, and preparing standard cuts of meat.
- Meat Handling and Packaging: Wrap and package prepared meats, remove bones from meat, and weigh meats for sale.
- Customer Service: Cut poultry into parts, price meat products, and sell meats to customers.
- Special Orders and Displays: Prepare special orders, prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products, shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood.
- Training and Development: Train meat cutters and assist in the development of new meat products.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
