Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Reservations Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
  • Guest Information: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as general information about points of interest in the area.
  • Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Emergency Procedures: Follow emergency and safety procedures as outlined by the hotel.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying as required.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a team. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
