Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all necessary forms and medical examinations are completed in a timely manner.
  • Monitor insurance claims and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
  • Offer expert advice on group and individual insurance packages, risk coverage, benefits, and policy features.
  • Sell a range of insurance products, including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Judgement and reliability.
Work Environment

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week in a hybrid work environment.
