As a Pharmacist at Rexall, you'll ensure excellence in patient care, customer service, and operational efficiency.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical services, including professional advice on prescriptions and OTC products
- Manage inventory and accurately dispense prescriptions
- Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and Rexall policies
- Engage with patients to provide medication counseling and positive interactions
- Accurately and timely dispense prescriptions
- Perform patient-focused services, including injections and immunizations
- Provide professional advice and applicable dialogue with patients on prescription and OTC products
- Support accurate pricing and receiving procedures to minimize shrink
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, professional standards, and applicable laws and regulations
- Licensed Pharmacist in the Province of interest
- Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team
