Real Estate Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are excited to present a remarkable opportunity for a real estate talent acquisition specialist in our dynamic real estate office. In this role, you will be tasked with identifying promising agents for our team and ensuring that each candidate aligns with our high-performance expectations, possesses the necessary qualifications, and fits well within our company culture. Additionally, you will take on the responsibility of training and mentoring new recruits.

Compensation:

$150,000 - $180,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source entry-level agents with significant growth potential through various outreach methods, including cold calling, emailing, and networking events.
  • Post job advertisements on leading industry job boards to attract top real estate professionals.
  • Develop a structured recruiting process for identifying and evaluating candidates to ensure they meet our standards and expand our recruiting efforts.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all applicants, their interviews, and application data to streamline the candidate pipeline while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Oversee the recruiting process, arrange interviews, and provide recommendations to the Brokerage Owner regarding the best candidates for our team.
  • Deliver regular updates to the Broker Owner on the effectiveness of various recruiting strategies.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications and various MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exhibit a high level of technical skill with social media platforms and CRM software.
  • Possess marketing and social media experience.
  • Utilize video communication effectively.
  • Embrace a team-oriented, enthusiastic, and motivated approach with a strong work ethic.
  • Focus on results and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and provide exceptional service.
  • Exhibit the ability to train and mentor real estate agents effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Real Estate License.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in real estate sales, recruiting, or inside sales.
  • Familiarity with online job posting platforms is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities.
