Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Sahara Courtyard Inn (1995) Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure seamless hotel operations, including staff management, guest services, and facilities maintenance.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Guest Services: Ensure exceptional guest experiences through efficient front desk operations, resolving customer complaints, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth, including negotiating with suppliers and arranging for maintenance activities.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the management of hotel finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office.
