Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Maintenance Labourer to join our team at 1863931 Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to snow and ice control, equipment maintenance, and grounds upkeep.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spread sand or salt on sidewalks for snow or ice control
  • Dig ditches and trenches
  • Operate jackhammers and drills to break up pavement
  • Assist in routine maintenance and repair of equipment
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
  • Sweep debris and remove snow from streets, sidewalks, building grounds, and other areas
Requirements
  • Criminal record check
  • Driving record check (abstract)
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Own transportation
  • Steel-toed safety boots
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work outdoors in various locations, with a physically demanding workload. The ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) is required.
