About the Role

Circelli Steel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
    • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Team Leadership and Management
    • Recruit, train, and supervise project team members, including engineers, technicians, and laborers
    • Develop and implement effective communication plans to ensure team members are informed and aligned with project goals
  • Contract Administration and Risk Management
    • Develop and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Ensure all construction work meets the required quality standards
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in construction project management
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word
