Store Manager Job Description

As a Store Manager at Ricki's, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of your store's business. You will drive business results by ensuring an amazing customer experience in your store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and grow with our training and development programs
  • Lead a team of passionate, customer-focused sales associates and leaders
  • Execute all merchandising, marketing, and visual presentation aspects of the store according to our standards and directives
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment for our teams and customers
  • Secure company assets with strong loss prevention skills and awareness
  • Provide strong leadership to the store team
Requirements:
  • Experienced retail leader with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent sales skills and a commitment to ensuring amazing customer experiences
  • Able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store
  • Flexible availability, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
