About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Partner to join our team at Shannex Incorporated. This is a Temporary Full Time opportunity for approximately one year with a possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Clinical Services Team, Regional Teams, and Long-Term Care Communities to provide quality resident care.
- Conduct routine clinical and infection prevention and control audits to validate compliance with regulatory requirements, Accreditation standards, evidence-based practices, and company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze findings and trends related to regulatory requirements, quality indicators, and clinical outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement Quality Action Plans in collaboration with Long-Term Care Communities and Regional Teams.
- Support the development of clinical education plans for employees and lead clinical program committees at the organizational level.
- Research and recommend evidence-based clinical practices and innovations.
- Participate in interprovincial committees and working groups, and share knowledge with the Clinical Services Team and organization.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in nursing, preferably with a Master of Nursing or Master of Science in Nursing. You should have a minimum of five years of nursing experience, including clinical, administrative, and leadership experience in a Long-Term Care or retirement living environment. A passion for the healthcare sector and a commitment to ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services, and care are essential.
