En tant que Consultant Agile chez Mykad Consulting, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'accompagnement des équipes vers l'adoption de méthodologies agiles. Vous serez impliqué dans des projets innovants et stimulants, favorisant le développement professionnel et personnel.

Responsabilités Principales
- Accompagner les équipes dans l'implémentation des pratiques Agile, notamment Scrum.
- Faciliter la planification des itérations et la définition des livrables en collaboration avec les équipes techniques.
- Organiser des rencontres avec les parties prenantes pour promouvoir la compréhension et l'application des principes agiles.
- Identifier et adresser les préoccupations et résistances des équipes, en fournissant le soutien nécessaire.
- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des activités de développement des compétences et d'amélioration des processus agiles.
- Assurer l'harmonisation des objectifs dans des projets d'envergure impliquant plusieurs équipes.
- Coacher des professionnels, identifier les besoins en formation et formuler des recommandations.
- Évaluer l'environnement initial d'un client et accompagner le lancement ou la réhabilitation de projets agiles.
- Suivre l'évolution de l'organisation et proposer des solutions adaptées au niveau de maturité Agile.
- Garantir l'utilisation efficace des pratiques, procédures, méthodologies et outils agiles.

Qualifications et Compétences
Formation : Diplôme en gestion, informatique, ingénierie ou domaine connexe (Équivalence du MIFI recommandée pour les diplômes étrangers).
Expérience : 5 à 10 ans dans des rôles similaires.
Compétences Techniques : Maîtrise des méthodologies de gestion de projet (Agile, Scrum, PMI, etc.).
Compétences Interpersonnelles : Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et verbale en français et en anglais, capacité à travailler en équipe et à favoriser la collaboration inter-départementale.
Compétences Additionnelles : Certification Agile, Scrum, PMI souhaitée.
