Senior Investment Consultant

Aon is seeking a seasoned investment professional to join our dynamic team as a Senior Investment Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality investment consulting services to institutional clients, leveraging your expertise in financial markets and investment industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide consulting support services and technical expertise to clients across various asset classes, including pension and benefit plans, insurance funds, and trust and endowment funds.
- Anticipate client needs and develop solutions in partnership with Account Executives and lead Consultants.
- Review client accounts and relationships to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, based on a deep understanding of the client's business and industry trends.
- Contribute to the development of the go-to-market strategy for the Investment Consulting Practice and raise the profile of Aon.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations to clients and prospects, both individually and as part of a team.
- Identify gaps between client needs and existing Aon services and propose enhancements.
- Collaborate with other professional advisers, both internally and externally, on institutional investment funds across Canada.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to junior Investment Consulting colleagues.
