Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses for clients utilizing both standardized and non-standardized evaluation methods.
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving clients' communication skills.
3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to share significant clinical insights and ensure comprehensive care for clients.
4. Assist in planning for client transitions, working closely with clients, their families, and the healthcare team.
Documentation and Compliance:
Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and care in alignment with legal and professional standards. Stay informed about the latest advancements in Speech Therapy and community service practices.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in Speech Language Pathology.
- Active membership with the relevant professional regulatory body.
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience, with a solid understanding of community care resources.
- Proven ability to deliver a range of speech therapy interventions.
