Key Responsibilities:

The Director of Information Systems and Technology at Riverside Health Care Facilities is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement. This includes ensuring the streamlined operation of the IST Department in alignment with the organization's business and strategic objectives, while complying with regulatory and legal requirements, best practices, and RHC policies and procedures.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Oversee the overall management of RHC's information systems and technology.
  • Design, plan, support, and manage all information systems, technology, software, and infrastructure.
  • Manage, plan, coordinate, direct, and design IT-specific activities of the organization.
  • Work closely with decision-makers, partners, and stakeholders to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for the organization.
  • Provide strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination.
  • Ensure the continuous delivery and operation of efficient and effective integrated clinical and administrative solutions and systems.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership in clinical equipment analysis, planning, design, and site readiness.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, with experience in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement. They will be able to work closely with stakeholders to identify and recommend cost-effective technology solutions, and have a strong understanding of regulatory and legal requirements.
