Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at DPG FOOD SERVICES INC O/A SUBWAY. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast food restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Plan and organize daily tasks and activities to meet business objectives
  • Manage cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and participate in marketing plans
  • Address customer complaints and provide exceptional customer service
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people and ensure they have the necessary training and support
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week
  • Fluency in English
