Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at DPG FOOD SERVICES INC O/A SUBWAY. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast food restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment, to ensure that our restaurant is well-stocked and ready for customer service.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and attract new customers.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food restaurant management role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide leadership and guidance to staff.

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be required to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

30 to 40 hours per week.
