About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our store team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing the budget, and ensuring compliance with operational processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Sales Growth: Provide excellent customer service and support sales growth by working with the store team, sales representatives, and regional management.
  • Culture and Team Management: Promote a culture of respect, accountability, collaboration, and teamwork. Recruit, train, and motivate team members, ensuring their health and well-being.
  • Financial Management: Manage the store budget and take necessary steps to continuously improve financial results.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure store compliance with operational processes and standards for both wholesale and retail sales.
Requirements
  • At least 5–7 years of experience in the business-to-business (B2B) industry or in-store operations, including 3 years in a personnel management position with financial performance responsibility.
  • College diploma or other degree in business administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of the heavy vehicle aftermarket industry.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
