Job Summary
The Fashion Nova Fit Model | Merchandising Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that our clothing fits the expectations of our customers. This role requires a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to work effectively with vendors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Fit and measure clothing samples to ensure accuracy and quality
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve fit issues and improve product quality
- Process and track product samples from start to finish
- Assist in coordinating sample shipments and returns
- Provide input on product development and design
- Meet with buying team to discuss product fit and quality
- Take and maintain accurate measurements of clothing samples
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
