Senior Banking Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at Webster Bank. As a key member of our Banking Center, you will be responsible for driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Banking Center Manager in achieving sales, customer service, and operational goals, while ensuring exceptional client experience.
- Take ownership of the banking center in the Manager's absence, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed individual sales, service, and operations targets, while maintaining a strong working knowledge of Webster's products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and business partners, promoting the Webster brand and driving growth.
- Utilize lead management tools and resources to document activities, track progress, and drive results.
- Support segmentation strategy by implementing sales, retention, and other bank initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State laws, as well as bank policies and procedures, meeting or exceeding branch evaluation requirements.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to colleagues, demonstrating leadership skills and modeling the way.
- High School diploma or GED required; college preferred.
- 3-5 years customer sales/service experience with 1-2 years supervisory experience, demonstrating success in leading, coaching, and motivating.
- Working knowledge of all products and services.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to support teamwork, creating a positive working environment.
- Ability to work a flexible and/or rotating schedule, with potential for travel to alternate Banking Centers.
