Custom Quality Manufacturing Elgin Inc. is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Technologist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Technologist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes. Your duties will include conducting work studies, developing and implementing quality assurance programs, and designing plant layouts and production facilities. You will also be responsible for developing and carrying out health, safety, and fire prevention plans. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with our team to develop and implement industrial processes and products. If you have experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, such as Mastercam, and have a strong understanding of quality assurance and control, we encourage you to apply. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and you must be able to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. You will also be required to have efficient interpersonal skills and be a team player. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health benefits and a night shift premium.
