Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Technologist to join our team at Custom Quality Manufacturing Elgin Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct work studies to optimize production efficiency
  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Design and implement production layouts and facilities to maximize productivity
  • Develop and conduct health, safety, and fire prevention plans to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
  • College diploma or CEGEP certificate in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality assurance role
  • Proficiency in Mastercam CAD/CAM software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
