Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Technologist to join our team at Custom Quality Manufacturing Elgin Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct work studies to optimize production efficiency and quality
  • Develop and implement production, inventory, and quality assurance programs
  • Design and implement plant layouts and production facilities to meet quality and safety standards
  • Develop and conduct health, safety, and fire prevention plans to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
  • College diploma or CEGEP certificate in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Proficiency in Mastercam CAD/CAM software
  • Experience in fabrication and quality assurance and control
  • Knowledge of industrial processes and products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and team player skills
