Job Summary:

The Gas Station Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training staff, ordering merchandise, and managing cash. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff and assign sales workers to duties
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Order merchandise and manage cash
  • Establish work schedules and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Basic security clearance and criminal record check
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment:

The Gas Station Supervisor will work in a retail business environment, with a focus on customer service and sales. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and have a strong attention to detail.
